The Barter Hour

As a former Liberty Dollar RCO, Rob Gray quickly rose through the ranks helping local businesses return to a system of honest trade. Though the Liberty Dollar model was far from perfect and limited by outdated technology and waning public support, Gray used the core values and fundamental formula to establish a broader system of trade. He launched the AOCS to combine the momentum of compatible silver-backed currencies, dubbing them “Complementary Competing Private Currencies.” In 2008, Gray worked with the Sovereign Lakota Nation to launch the Free Lakota Bank, North America’s only non-reserve, non-fractional bank that exclusively accepts and circulates silver and gold. Gray continues the global expansion of the AOCS Approved brand through custom private barter medallions for businesses, nonprofit organizations, political candidates, and any other individual or group that commits to “put their money where their mouth is.”
